Parades, Parades hip-hip-hooray! – Benzie County GOP enjoyed strong showings in both the Frankfort and Beulah 4 th of July Parades. Last Saturday, foul weather was braved for another strong showing at the annual Coho Festival parade in Honor (didn't see many Dems?). Stay tuned for the next fun parade this fall for the Frankfort Fall Festival. Come on out this fall – it's more fun to walk and ride in a parade than to watch!

Public Education Forum (Oct/Nov) – Benzie County GOP would like to host another public forum this fall that looks at the current state of affairs of our local Frankfort and Benzie Central schools. Please help by providing input on whether this might be a panel discussion and speakers to invite. Adequate school funding continues to hang in doubt. Before we can begin to solve it – we need to understand it.
